Germanic Apple Cheesecake & Blueberry Cheese Cupcakes

Welcome again to my home made recipe~

This time I will present 2types of cheese cake for you guys..


** Germanic Apple Cheesecake **
( Cost:RM30+)

Base:-
160g crushed digestive biscuits, 80g melted butter


Filling:-
1tbsp butter, 2tbsp brown sugar, 200g green apple flesh (diced), 20g raisins


Cheese filling:-
400g cream cheese, 125g Camembert cheese, 80g brown sugar, 3eggs, 100ml milk, 2tbsp cornstarch


Method:


1. To make base, stir all ingredients until combined. Press mixture into base of square cake tin.


2. To make filling, heat up wok, melt butter, add brown sugar, green apples and raisins. stir fry until apples are tender. Dish up keep aside.


3. To make cheese filling, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in Camembert cheese until blended.


4. Add in eggs, one at a time. Beating well after each addition. Then stir in milk and cornstarch until blended.


5. Place cooked apples into prepared tin. Pour in cheese filling. Bake in preheated oven at 170degree for 40-45minutes.


6. Remove from oven and leave to cool. Chill in fridge.

~ Blueberry Cheese Cupcakes ~
( Cost:RM30+)



Ingredients:-


Base:
3pieces digestive biscuits, crushed into crumbs
50g chopped almond, toasted


Cream cheese Mixture:
A:-
250g cream cheese, 3eggs yolks, 100ml milk, 20g plain flour


B:-
3egg whites, 30g caster sugar


C:-
3tbsp blueberry jam


Method:-


1. Preheat oven to 180degree.


2. Base: Put biscuits crumbs and chopped almond into paper cups.


3. Cream Cheese Mixture: Beat cream cheese and egg yolk until smooth. Add in milk, plain flour and stir well.


4. Whisk egg whites with caster sugar in a clean mixing bowl until soft peak is formed.


5. Mix whisked egg white into cream cheese mixture in 3batches. Reserve 5tbsp of mixture and mix blueberry jam.


6. Spoon the remaining of mixture into paper cups and follow with blueberry mixture. Swirl through with spoon for marble effect.


7. Bake in the preheated oven at 180degree for 25minutes.

眼泪知道~

流眼泪了
不是因为伤心也不是为了开心为了可怜
以为会有时间可以把事情给好转起来
原来是错的
有足够的时间不过用在不恰当的时候或不适合的人身上
换回来的也是白费
以为准备好一切不过只换来一句不喜欢听的话
时间是属于事业,朋友,电脑游戏,书本
一些事物根本算不了什么
一直说再等多一两年,情况就会不同
一直说再等多一两年就会把所有好的事停留在身边
一直说替他想想,包容,忍耐
没有再想吗
没有再包容吗
没有再忍耐吗
如果现在已经顾不着了
能够在等到一两年吗
辛苦

现在要维持都那么的困难了
所说的全部也算是玩笑吧
我很怕这一句会出现
“所有城诺虽风燃烧”

忙碌还是逃避?

今天一整天都很忙碌,从早上做到晚上来。。
就从七点起身准备早餐给家人吃,然后就去跑步跑到一小时多后回家休息一会儿,之后就开始做小蛋糕,然后同时间就去准备一下因为差不多时间外出了。
我把我做好的小蛋糕送去公司给我的同事和姐妹们,然后就去了洗脸。
在洗脸的时候心情尝试放松不去想这么多,到头来还是一样。
会到家有赵东西做,等姐姐回来又帮她化妆,化到差不多一点钟来了才停止所有的东西~
我在问自己我这么的忙碌到底是为了什么事,是在逃避呢还是真的很忙?
我自己也很想知道,不过到目前为止我还没有得到一个答案。
虽然现在没有什么很大的分别不过那一个裂缝是还在那的~别人看不到甚至连我自己也有时看不到,不过很奇怪的是我并没有勇气对他说出我的决定,那时因为我还爱着他。
最近我一直都在想,人与人的相遇真的很奇怪。是缘分让我们能够在一起,但是我不停地问自己为什么在一起后又有那么多的考验要我们去过,有时真的觉得很辛苦。能经过就是好事那万已经不过又会变成怎样?
我到底有没有勇气接受呢?我不知道也不想知道~
算了吧!想那样的多还是得不到答案,为什么还要想?
我不想身边的人替我担心因为我知道当我真的出事的时候,我是怎样的,我聊解我自己所以我不允许我会这样。我也不想我自己越想越难过,头痛!
要来的迟早会来的,做好准备,好的怀的都接受吧!
我应该可以的!给自己一个加油~

难忘的一晚~

本来已经预备好的事情,没办法实行了~
想了一个星期的计划也比不上一句“我要外出去KL
”。
今天是他的生日,本来想好了会自己做一个爱心蛋糕好让他可以品尝一下,然后煮一餐家庭美食给他吃,可以让他疲劳的一天给消除掉。之后会送他一个小礼物好让他开心。
不过这一切都无法实现了~
当我收到他的短讯说他要去KL时,我很生气,生气到不能接受他说对我说的每一个解释!
我恨不得要放弃我们的感情因为这已经不止是第一次他让我失望了,我觉得很可悲,伤心~
我回家想了又想,我问自己到底是为什么让我那么的生气,我生气是因为我不能和他庆祝呢还是我的计划无法实现?
当我相通后我觉得是我的自私而遭成我生气他的原因,在那时我很担心他会伤心就拿了蛋糕出现在他的眼前。
之后我们很认真地说出心里想说的话,我们也想通了,决定了。。。。。。

Oreo chilled cheesecake


My lovely Home made ~ OREO CHILLED CHEESECAKE~
(RM30-40+)

Ingredients:-

Base: 70g salted butter, 150g Oreo biscuits.

Filling: 500g cream cheese, 150g caster sugar, 250ml whipping cream, 20g+100ml water

Method:-

1. To make base, Mix the crushed oreo biscuits together with the melted butter. Press into tray and keep in fridge.

2. to make filling, mix the cream cheese, caster sugar and whipping cream until smooth.

3. Double-boiled the gelatin. Pour into the filling and stir it well.

4. Pour the filling into the base. Refrigerate 12-24hours.

Wendy Burday celebration

Hey, 2nd event in this month… Celebrating my buddy “Wendy Loo” birthday!
We proceed to Daorae, is a Korean BBQ’s restaurant. Alison, Pauline, Cindy, Wendy Saw & I buy her a dinner; we are very happy as that day we can go off early from office and start our dinner. 6of we are like Long champ’s baby who carry same bag and proceed to same place, that was a beautiful day for all of us, yeepy…
We order 6disches, 3meats, 2soups, and the other one I forget what we order, hahahaa~

Then they free for us the steam eggs, that was yummy and fried egg, that was our favorite, kakaaa~

We spend almost 3-4hours there, enjoy our delicious dinner, enjoy our funny chats especially Alison’s jokes “ Jagong bao”, enjoy our photo session with all those beautiful faces, and the most important thing is enjoy the “refill” moment until the waiter from don’t know us become treat us as regular customers, that was funnyErmm, most of the picture is only have 5of us as Alison is missing because she like to be our photographer more to the model, so this is only few photo who has her face and I am very appreciate it, she is cute~

After the dinner we go for beer, our Wendy Loo’s favorite and also my favorite, hahaaa~
To be honest, I am waiting for this session come when we are finish our dinner and I believe she also think in this way, blek :p

Here, I hope Wendy Loo have a wonderful dinner with us and wish her stay happy forever and good luck for her future undertaking..
I cannot wish her happy birthday because her birthday is only around the corner but not reach so I have to tell her “ Wendy, you wait for our wish on the day comes “~

十一月的开始~

又到了十一月了,时间过得真快啊~ 第一个节目是Zombies Pool Party~ 这是一个每年都会有的节目,目的是希望我们的友情可以变得越来越好!其实最重要的是可以报仇,发泄出来!!
还有开心的是每年都会有更多的新朋友加入我们的节目,那一晚我们玩得真的很开心~ 我是第一次被人丢进泳池,感觉还真不错,哈哈~
这就是我们的大家庭。。还有很多没有来,有点可惜~

Party 开始了。。看看我们玩得几开心,什么花饰都使出来了,看到谁就丢谁,好兴奋哦!

可以看到还没被丢的样子和被丢之后的样子,好可爱吧~

讲真的,有了这班可以玩的朋友,真的觉得很开心。可以和他们一起度过“喜怒哀乐”才觉得日子过得更开心,更轻松,更愉快~我很珍惜这一份友情,希望可到永久~

Chocolate Sponge Cake & Chocolate Crunchy Cake

My Home made ~Chocolate Sponge Cake~
(cost:RM25+)


Ingredients:


500g of chocolate mix, 250g chocolate milk / 125g sour cream + 125g chocolate milk, 10pieces of 62% bitter chocolate, 5eggs, 250g butter


Method:


1. Beat chocolate mix,butter, sour cream,bitter chocolate, eggs one by one in speed 2-3 for 4-5minutes.


2. Pour the filling into cake tin, bake in preheated oven at 160 degree for 1hour or until cooked.


3. Remove from heat and leave it cool. Decorate it.

~Chocolate Crunchy Cake~
(cost:RM20)


Ingredients:


100g milk chocolate, 100g 62% butter chocolate, 4spoon golden scrup, 250g butter, 18-20pieces of Marie biscuit, some cocoa powder


Method:


1. Double boiled golden scrup, milk chocolate, bitter chocolate and butter until it melt.


2. Cut the marie biscuit and add some cocoa powder, mix it together.


3. Add in biscuits into chocolate mixture and mix it together.


4. Pour into a tray and fridge it for few hours.

27102010 Woo hooooooo~

Woo hoooo!!!!! Today is MY BIRTHDAY
I am very happy because I get to wear new blouse, new skirt, new shoe, new products of make over!
I get out from the office at before 5.30pm, that is really happy thing for me, hahahaaa
Just now have dinner with my dear dudu at Jepun restaurant Sushi Kappo Miyasaka, Pulau Tikus there~
The dinner was fantastic! Although we didn’t order much but don’t know why I feel very full, fuyoh…..
After the dinner, he bring me to Baskin Robbin have a dessert.
The ice cream was cute until I dare not bites it, kekeee…
However I still force to eat finish…
hahahahahhahaha~

Thank you my dear dudu..... I love you always but depends on you don;t make me angry >,<..kekekeke~
