Chocolate Sponge Cake & Chocolate Crunchy Cake

My Home made ~Chocolate Sponge Cake~
(cost:RM25+)


Ingredients:


500g of chocolate mix, 250g chocolate milk / 125g sour cream + 125g chocolate milk, 10pieces of 62% bitter chocolate, 5eggs, 250g butter


Method:


1. Beat chocolate mix,butter, sour cream,bitter chocolate, eggs one by one in speed 2-3 for 4-5minutes.


2. Pour the filling into cake tin, bake in preheated oven at 160 degree for 1hour or until cooked.


3. Remove from heat and leave it cool. Decorate it.

~Chocolate Crunchy Cake~
(cost:RM20)


Ingredients:


100g milk chocolate, 100g 62% butter chocolate, 4spoon golden scrup, 250g butter, 18-20pieces of Marie biscuit, some cocoa powder


Method:


1. Double boiled golden scrup, milk chocolate, bitter chocolate and butter until it melt.


2. Cut the marie biscuit and add some cocoa powder, mix it together.


3. Add in biscuits into chocolate mixture and mix it together.


4. Pour into a tray and fridge it for few hours.
