Yeah yeah... this is the celebration for Wendy Loo with my lovely's cake... Hope she love this!

We are always be together, share the happiness, sadness, excitement, and everything~ WE ARE A HAPPY FAMILY!!!!

Wendy Burday celebration

Hey, 2nd event in this month… Celebrating my buddy “Wendy Loo” birthday!
We proceed to Daorae, is a Korean BBQ’s restaurant. Alison, Pauline, Cindy, Wendy Saw & I buy her a dinner; we are very happy as that day we can go off early from office and start our dinner. 6of we are like Long champ’s baby who carry same bag and proceed to same place, that was a beautiful day for all of us, yeepy… We order 6disches, 3meats, 2soups, and the other one I forget what we order, hahahaa~ 

Then they free for us the steam eggs, that was yummy and fried egg, that was our favorite, kakaaa~

We spend almost 3-4hours there, enjoy our delicious dinner, enjoy our funny chats especially Alison’s jokes “ Jagong bao”, enjoy our photo session with all those beautiful faces, and the most important thing is enjoy the “refill” moment until the waiter from don’t know us become treat us as regular customers, that was funny Ermm, most of the picture is only have 5of us as Alison is missing because she like to be our photographer more to the model, so this is only few photo who has her face and I am very appreciate it, she is cute~

After the dinner we go for beer, our Wendy Loo’s favorite and also my favorite, hahaaa~
To be honest, I am waiting for this session come when we are finish our dinner and I believe she also think in this way, blek :p

Here, I hope Wendy Loo have a wonderful dinner with us and wish her stay happy forever and good luck for her future undertaking..
I cannot wish her happy birthday because her birthday is only around the corner but not reach so I have to tell her “ Wendy, you wait for our wish on the day comes “~

Chocolate Sponge Cake & Chocolate Crunchy Cake

My Home made ~Chocolate Sponge Cake~

(cost:RM25+)


Ingredients:


500g of chocolate mix, 250g chocolate milk / 125g sour cream + 125g chocolate milk, 10pieces of 62% bitter chocolate, 5eggs, 250g butter


Method:


1. Beat chocolate mix,butter, sour cream,bitter chocolate, eggs one by one in speed 2-3 for 4-5minutes.


2. Pour the filling into cake tin, bake in preheated oven at 160 degree for 1hour or until cooked.


3. Remove from heat and leave it cool. Decorate it.

~Chocolate Crunchy Cake~

(cost:RM20)

Ingredients:


100g milk chocolate, 100g 62% butter chocolate, 4spoon golden scrup, 250g butter, 18-20pieces of Marie biscuit, some cocoa powder


Method:


1. Double boiled golden scrup, milk chocolate, bitter chocolate and butter until it melt.


2. Cut the marie biscuit and add some cocoa powder, mix it together.


3. Add in biscuits into chocolate mixture and mix it together.


4. Pour into a tray and fridge it for few hours.

Woo hoooo!!!!! Today is MY BIRTHDAY…

I am very happy because I get to wear new blouse, new skirt, new shoe, new products of make over!
I get out from the office at before 5.30pm, that is really happy thing for me, hahahaaa
Just now have dinner with my dear dudu at Jepun restaurant Sushi Kappo Miyasaka, Pulau Tikus there~

The dinner was fantastic! Although we didn’t order much but don’t know why I feel very full, fuyoh…..
After the dinner, he bring me to Baskin Robbin have a dessert.

The ice cream was cute until I dare not bites it, kekeee…

However I still force to eat finish…

hahahahahhahaha~

Thank you my dear dudu..... I love you always but depends on you don;t make me angry >,<..kekekeke~

20-10-2010 星期三，是一个蛮特别的日子也是我开心的一天，因为我的buddies帮我庆祝生日，好开心哦~

我们一起去了Little Cottage Cafe 吃晚餐，食物还不错，价钱也不贵，环境很优雅不过我们已经说好了明年的生日还是庆祝在比较吵的地方因为我们无法像之前那样要说什么都可以，声音的大小也不用控自到那么的辛苦，哈哈~

好开心可以和你们一起庆祝~

Wani & Jolin’s Farewell…

This August my teammates are leaving us, they are Wani & jolin.

I wish them all the best in their future career & wish them do keep in touch with us.

We will very miss you guys and please don’t forget us 

The Legend of Women & the failure for Men..

2weeks ago, my office have some games going on. One of it is “ eating Durians competition “. The rules of this game is 3men VS 3women who need to finish up the durians in the fastest way and every durians must be as clean. This durians already weighted in same weight and the judges are very fair enough because is from other team member instead of our team.

The participants for Men are our Jamin, Cadmon & Vik. For women who participate are Wendy Saw, Alison Choo & me.

Middle of this competition is really funny because Jamin who not really likes durians have to eat the whole box of the durians with his coffee (he thought drinking the coffee able to let the durian’s smell not so strong but his prediction is wrong because drinking water only will make us more full and can’t able to continue to finish up in faster way). Vik also not really likes durians but because of not letting his team down, he force to participate. Cadmon nothing to say, he likes durians but only thing can proof is likes durians doesn’t mean will win this games because US are more powerful in finish up all the durians in the fastest way and every single durians are superb clean and of cause we have team work, hahaaa…

I don’t need to say already know the answer “the women are winning “in this games and we are proud of it, hahahahhaaa….

My sweets & best buddy Birthday~

Today is my sweets friend, Wendy Saw birthday. Yesterday I bring my home made cake ( lemon cheesecake ) to wish her and also my best buddy, Cindy Liew belated birthday. We have a wonderful tea break with a group of my lovely friends, that is Wendy Loo, Pauline Chia, Alison Choo and I am happy that they eat my cake without much complaint, hehee... Actually at 1st I am worry that the cake i baked is not taste nice but luckily overall is okay~

I start to prepare the cake on Wednesday, although need to do until so late but I am happy because that is the wishes for my friends. Today Cindy ask me how to motivate her on baking cake and at that moment I don't know how to answer her but now I can tell her that " when your heart feel like doing something nice and want to share with your loves one, then you will have that motivation".
