Ingredients:-
Filling: 250g butter, 250g caster sugar, 6 eggs, 150g santan, 20-25 crushed cream crackers,
3tbsp cocoa powder.
Decoration: cream, sugar flakes.

Method:-
1. Beat butter, caster sugar until smooth.
2. Beat in eggs, one in a time, add in crushed cream crackers, one spoon in a time until finish,
beating well after each addition.
3. Add in santan, stir until well blended. Seperate into two portion. One portion add in some
cocoa powder (already mix well with water).
4. Pour the filling into the tin, each time a scoop.
5. Steam it for 45minutes or until cooked. Remove from heat and leave it cool.
6. Decoration with some cream and sugar flakes.
