My 2nd Home made ~ Chocolate Cheesecake ~... Don't mind can learn to bake it !!!
( Total cost: RM40+ )
Ingredients:-
Base: 130g crushed digestive biscuits, 30g brown sugar, 80g melted butter
.
Filling: 400g cream cheese, 80g caster sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder. 2 tbsp instant coffee
poweder, 3 eggs, 150g whipping cream, 160g chocolate (melted)
.
Decoration: chocolate scrolls, snow powder, sugar flakes.

Method:-
1. To make base, stir all ingredients until combined. Press mixture into base cake tin.
2. To make filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder and coffee powder until smooth. Beat
in eggs, one in a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in whipping cream.
3. Add in melted chocolate, stir until well blended. Pour filling into prepared tin.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 170*c for 45-50minutes or until cooked. Remove from heat and
leave to cool. Chill in fridge.
5. Decorate with chocolate scrolls.
