Lemon Cheesecake~




~ My home made Lemon cheesecake, I hope you guys will love it. ~
( Total cost : RM35-40 )

Ingredients:-

Base: 160g crushed digestive biscuits, 80g butter
.

Filling: 500g cream cheese, 120g caster sugar, 3eggs, some grated lemon rind, 3-5tbsp lemon
juice
.

Decoration: some slices of lemon, snow power for pattern.

Method:-

1. To make base, stir all ingredients until combined. Press mixture into base.

2. To make filling, beat cream cheese & sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating
well after each addition.

3. Then beat in grated lemon rind & lemon juice until blended. Pour cheese filling into prepared
tin. Bake in preheated oven at 170*c for 45-50minutes.

4. Remove from oven & leave to cool. Chill in fridge.

5. Put the decoration that you likes.
