Steam Layer cake & Coffee Muffin

My 4th home made recipe ~ Steam Layer cake & Coffee Muffin ~
(Total cost:RM25-30 & RM10-15 )

Steam Layer cake:

Ingredients:-

Filling: 250g butter, 250g caster sugar, 6 eggs, 150g santan, 22 crushed cream crackers, 3tbsp
cocoa powder.

Method:-

1. Beat butter, caster sugar until smooth.

2. Beat in eggs, one in a time, add crusged cream crackers, on in time until finish, stir it. Also add
in santan and stir until well blended.

3. Seperate 2 portion. One portion add in some cocoa powder ( already mix well with water).

4. Pre-heat the tray then add in 1st layer, steam it with 3-4minutes then follow by the cocoa
powder layer and steam it again within 3-4minutes. Continue until finish. Steam it for
20minutes.

Coffee Muffin:

Ingredients:-

1packet of muffin mix, 3eggs, 115g water, 120g corn oil, 5tbsp coffee essence.

Method:-

1. Stir well with all the ingrdients.

2. Bake in preheated oven at 180*c for 20minutes or until cooked.
